Welcome back to our returning readers, and greetings to any newcomers! Exciting times abound at Chaos Cat Creative. Our debut novel, THE MAJOR ARCANA, has been released to much fanfare. We recently notched our sixtieth sale, a modest number, but one that we are intensely proud of as unknown indie authors. We would love to grow that number, though, so if you’re reading this and haven’t yet got your copy, jump on the bandwagon! And if you have obtained your very own in hardcover or paperback or as an e-book (yes, it is available in several formats!), please do us a huge favor and tell all your friends and family and that one guy who always loiters in front of your local grocery store to check it out! We have many more stories to tell, and we need all the support we can get to continue doing this thing that we love.

It’s a small thing that helps us enormously when other prospective readers are considering the book, seeing a bunch of honest ratings and reviews.

Apart from the excitement of our initial release, we are also hard at work on what will be our second novel, PROJEKT. The first draft has been completed, and we are about a quarter of the way through our first round of revisions before we send it off to our hard-working professional editor, Lauren Humphries-Brooks, who did such wonderful work on THE MAJOR ARCANA. We will have more updates on PROJEKT in the coming months, but suffice to say that it will continue on with our unique blend of writing styles, culminating in a fascinating story full of sharp, colorful characters.
Though both Jason and Ryan are very busy with the writing and their lives in general, we are also discussing ways to expand our ventures and bring you even more of our signature brand of chaos and creativity! It takes time and money to get these things off the ground, but we are determined to bring our full vision and expansive fictional universes into the world for all to enjoy, while continuing to empower all the creative forces involved.
